We want you to love your Nestora purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, simply log in to your account and submit a return request from your order page. Once approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Cancellations Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may be unable to cancel it.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items Items that are damaged through misuse or returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for a return or refund.
